Justsends customer satisfaction has increased again

Recently,  Justsends Medical Technology(Taizhou) Co., Ltd. made statistics and Analysis on the written feedback from customers, and evaluated the performance, function and appearance of jiujiuxin emergency ventilator, as well as the service attitude and service level of after-sales service personnel. Customers are "very satisfied" with the performance, function and appearance of the ventilator from 30%, 21% and 19% in 2020 to 50%, 50% and 37% in 2021 respectively, and the service attitude and service level of the after-sales service personnel of Jiuxin company from 26% and 26% in 2020 to 37% and 37% in 2021 respectively. It shows that the customer's recognition of our company's emergency ventilator has been greatly improved.
